1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
1.1 These Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Gift Card Terms”) govern the purchase and delivery of gift cards issued by Outlogic Sagl (“Issuer”, “We”, “Us”). These terms supplement the general Outlogic Terms and Conditions available at outlogic.net/terms-conditions/. In case of conflict between these Gift Card Terms and the general Terms, these Gift Card Terms shall prevail for gift card-related matters.
1.2 Gift cards may be purchased through authorized distribution partners (“Partners”) who provide the technical interface for purchases. The contractual relationship for gift card purchases is directly between You and Outlogic Sagl. Partners act solely as technical facilitators and are not parties to the transaction.

2. DEFINITIONS
“Gift Card” means a prepaid digital code issued by Outlogic Sagl that can be redeemed for product or services
“Code” means the unique alphanumeric identifier delivered electronically upon purchase.
“Purchaser” or “You” means the individual or entity completing a gift card purchase.
“Payment Processor” means the third-party service provider that processes payment transactions on our behalf.

3. PAYMENT PROCESSING
3.1 All payment transactions via debit or credit cards are processed by independent third-party payment processors. Outlogic Sagl does not directly collect, store, or process credit card, debit card,
3.2 By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor in addition to these Gift Card Terms. The payment processor’s terms govern the payment transaction itself.
3.3 Outlogic Sagl is not responsible for any errors, failures, or issues arising from the payment processor’s services, including but not limited to declined transactions, processing delays, or security breaches occurring within the payment processor’s systems.
3.4 All payments are subject to verification and authorization by the payment processor and, where applicable, 3D Secure authentication or equivalent fraud prevention measures offered by your card issuer at the sole payment processor discretion.

4. PURCHASE AND ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
4.1 Gift card codes are delivered electronically and instantaneously to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within seconds of successful payment processing. Delivery to the specified email address constitutes proof of receipt and fulfillment of our delivery obligation.
4.2 You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address. We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or other issues outside our control.
4.3 We maintain records of all deliveries, including timestamps, for fraud prevention and dispute resolution purposes.
4.4 Upon successful delivery of a valid gift card code, Outlogic Sagl has fulfilled its contractual obligation.

5. USE OF GIFT CARDS
5.1 Gift cards can be used exclusively for Outlogic products and services.
5.2 Each gift card code is valid for one-time use only. Once redeemed, the code cannot be reused.
5.3 Upon redemption, the full value of the gift card will be applied in a single transaction. Partial redemption is not permitted.
5.4 Gift cards must be redeemed within five (5) years from the date of issuance.
5.5 Expired gift card codes cannot be redeemed and hold no value.

6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
6.1 Gift cards are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law.
6.2 No refund will be provided in cash, cryptocurrency, or any other form. Gift cards hold no cash value.
6.3 Any voluntary gesture of goodwill by Outlogic Sagl shall not constitute acknowledgment of liability, shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights, and shall create no expectation or entitlement for similar treatment in any other case.

7. PAYMENT PROCESSING AND DATA COLLECTION
7.1 All payment transactions are processed by a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that your payment data is collected and processed directly by the payment processor in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
7.2 Outlogic Sagl does not collect, store, or process payment card details. The payment processor may collect personal data including IP address, device information, and transaction data for fraud prevention and payment processing purposes.
7.3 Outlogic Sagl collects and stores the following data for order fulfillment purposes: (a) Email address for gift card delivery; (b) Transaction records and purchase details; (c) Delivery confirmation data.
7.4 This data may be retained for a period necessary to comply with legal obligations and, in the event of any dispute, to defend against potential claims.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CHARGEBACKS
8.1 You acknowledge that gift cards are digital products that are delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal once the gift card code has been delivered.
8.2 For EU consumers, this waiver is in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Swiss law does not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal for digital products.
8.3 Initiating a chargeback on a legitimately delivered gift card constitutes a breach of these terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to:
(a) suspend or terminate any associated accounts;
(b) pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus administrative costs;
(c) report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities and fraud prevention databases.
8.4 If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, you must contact us at info@outlogic.net within 48 hours of the transaction. Failure to notify us promptly may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the issue.

9. LOSS OR THEFT
9.1 You bear full and exclusive responsibility for the security, confidentiality, and safekeeping of your gift card code from the moment of delivery. Failure to protect your code is solely at your own risk.
9.2 Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed gift card codes will not be replaced, refunded, or reissued under any circumstances. Outlogic Sagl accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss of value arising from loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure to third parties, or destruction of gift card codes.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to gift card purchases shall not exceed the face value of the gift card in question.
10.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By clicking “Pay with Stripe” or any equivalent button to finalize your gift card purchase, you confirm that:
(a) you have read and accept these Gift Card Terms and Conditions;
(b) you understand that gift cards are delivered electronically and instantaneously, and are non-refundable once delivered;
(c) you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal upon delivery;
(d) you consent to the collection of your email address, transaction records, and delivery data by Outlogic Sagl for order fulfillment purposes as described in Section 7;
(e) you confirm this purchase is made with your own payment method and you are authorized to use it;
(f) you acknowledge that payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
12.1 These Gift Card Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the purchase and delivery of gift cards shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lugano, Switzerland.

13. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend these Gift Card Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of gift card services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable.
